12/9-12/13 -- Roasted Root Veggies:A hearty mix of root vegetables (potatoes, parsnips, carrots, turnips, and yams) atop a base of mozzarella, finished with a sprinkling of fresh herbs.
12/16-12/20 -- Chicken Satay:Chunks of grilled chicken breast in a mildly spicy peanut satay sauce. All the delicious taste of satay, none of the danger from errant wooden skewers.
