6/4-6/10 -- Spring Vegan: We start with a base of spring garlic and arugula pesto, and top it with roasted red peppers, sautéed portabella mushrooms and fennel, then finish with a sherry reduction.
6/11-6/17 -- Fish Tacos: Flaky chunks of fried Tilapia mixed with a smoky, spicy chipotle coleslaw.
6/18-6/24 -- Asian Beef: Shredded Beef Brisket with pickled cucumbers and honey-ginger glazed carrots, sprinkled all over with fresh cilantro.
6/25-7/1 -- Jerk Chicken: Chicken breast gets a Jerk marinade (that means spicy--Jamaican spicy!) before grilling, then we add a fresh pineapple salsa to keep it cool.
