April is Sandwich month at Ian's!
4/2-4/8 -- Portabella Philly Cheesesteak:A veggie twist on a Philly staple. Portabello mushrooms sauteed with bell peppers and onions, set atop a creamy mozzarella base and slathered with a cheddar cheese sauce. Can also be vegan!
4/9-4/15 -- BLT:You just can't go wrong with this combo, no matter what you do... ours is crunchy Jordandal bacon pieces, romaine lettuce, and tomato rounds on a slice.
4/16-4/22 -- Bahn Mi:Vietnamese sandwich with marinated pork loin, pickled daikon radish and carrots, sliced cucumber and fresh cilantro leaves all on top of our mozzarella blend and a mildly spicy Sriracha crème base.
4/23-4/29 -- Grilled Chicken Club:We start with a base of mozzarella and fresh pesto creme, then pile on grilled chicken, Jordandal bacon, lettuce and tomato. There's love in this Club for sure...
4/30-5/6 -- Muffaletta:It's New Orleans on a slice! First we put down capers, chopped olives, giardiniera, and mozzarella, then add Genoa Salami, Capicola, and Mortadella. The pie is finished with provolone and mild pepper rings.
