Week 1 (1/30-2/3):
Curried Meatballs - Just what you'd expect from that name... we mix ground beef & pork with a flavorful curry, shape it into meatballs &l throw on some fire-roasted tomato chutney for kicks.Week 2 (2/6-2/10):
Sherry Chicken - Grilled sherry chicken on a bed of fire-roasted tomato sauce, along with portobello mushroom, caramelized onion, artichoke hearts, & mozzarella cheese.Week 3 (2/13-2/17):
Chimichurri Fajita - We start with a base of pepper jack cheese, then add chimichurri-marinated grilled flank steak, fajita peppers & onion, and more chimichurri sauce.Week 4 (2/20-2/24):
Little Italy - Our version of an open-faced Italian sub: pepperoni, soppressata, and Jordandal ham with onion and banana peppers, all finished with a drizzle of stone ground mustard creme sauce. Mamma mia!Week 5 (2/27-3/2):
Hungry Hungry Hippie - Sundried tomato hummus topped with Mediterranean-inspired grilled vegetables, including but not limited to eggplant, zucchini, and onion. We sprinkle it all with feta for the big finish.Montly Salad Special:
"The Popeye" - Sweet, fresh spinach mixed with zesty red onion, hard-boiled egg, Jordandal Farms bacon, & creamy feta dressing. Corn cob pipe not included.Available from 11:30am-2:00pm & 5:00pm-8:00pm Monday-Friday
